"My husband's car was broken into so he filed a claim. Didn't even get close to the amount that was stolen. Almost a year later we tried to get home owners insurance and were denied because we actually used our insurance for when our stuff was stolen. Then a few weeks ago I was involved in a car accident. I called to say I was involved in an accident that was not my fault I didn't know what to do and I needed a tow. I was yelled at and told it's not their issue because I wasn't at fault. Barbara told me I had to find my own tow and do everything through the insurance of the person who caused the accident. She was incredibly impatient and rude on a pretty terrible day. My husband called for guidance on what to do and expect, and was told there was nothing they could do because it wasn't my fault so they weren't involved. My husband asked to speak to the person who has known him since he was a child and she yelled at him. She told him we didn't file a claim so they can't help. We were never once told to file a claim or anything! What we were told is they have over 5000 clients so we can't always get to talk to who we want. For a service we pay for to have on some of our worst days, we got treated like garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

"Due to accounting errors they under charged us for 3 months then demanding over$100 or they were cancelling our insurance. Beware of Rick and his new accounting"

"Extremely dissatisfied withal these guys. After two months they increased our policy 150 a month, due to their own error . We canceled the policy and got a sorry excuse of a refund. Looks like we're in the minority here, but beware nonetheless!"

"I've been with this agency since I moved to Colorado, so about 2 and a half years. I couldn't say I've ever been disappointed in them. Here recently, I got into a situation where my motorcycle needed towed. I called the call center and was told i didn't have Tow coverage. I ended up calling on Tuesday, to have it added, so it was there if I ever needed it again. I was told by Kaydee that I did in fact have coverage and she explained how it worked for motorcycles as its a little different from cars. Come to find out... all I had to do was send them a copy of my precept for the tow, and a check would be on the way. Was a pleasant surprise, and a very very easy process."
