I am Rick Hayes, and I lead an agency dedicated to serving the insurance needs of our community. With over 40 years of experience with State Farm, I am proud to work alongside a team that collectively brings over a century of insight to the table. Our agency proudly serves customers across all of Colorado. While we focus intently on our local communities of Englewood, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Sheridan, Centennial, and Denver, our reach extends throughout the region. This includes Lakewood, Wheatridge, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Morrison, Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Watkins, Bennett, and the eastern plains. We also assist those in the north Denver area, encompassing Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, Boulder, Superior, Erie, and Weld County, ensuring broad accessibility to our services.

Being an active member of the Englewood community is very important to me. I enjoy supporting Englewood schools, particularly local school athletics programs and cheer squads. I also find great reward in sharing financial awareness and insurance knowledge through lectures at both local high schools. My dedication to service extends to my past role as President of the Englewood Rotary Club from 2006 to 2007.

My career with State Farm has been marked by a strong commitment to excellence, earning recognition through achievements such as multi-year Ambassador Travel Club qualification and the Legion of Honor Gold Level. My educational foundation includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. On a personal note, my wife Janet, who also works within our agency, and I are the proud parents of three sons.
